Partners In Community Nursing services are provided through the Home Care Program (Central East Community Care Access Centre), insurance funding and private funding. -
OUR TEAM
PCN employs a team of 120 Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) and administrators. Nursing professionals: 52 per cent RNs; 48 per cent RPNs. -

PCN provides community nursing service to all of Durham Region from west Pickering, to north of Beaverton, east to Newtonville and south to Lake Ontario.
Partners in Community Nursing has been providing quality nursing care to Durham Region since 1998. PCN is accredited with Accreditation Canada. "We are proud to be part of the medical profession.
