SHIFT PROGRAM
The Shift Program offers a variety of nursing services, including but not limited to: enteral feeding, tracheotomy and ventilator care, seizure protocol, airway maintenance, and palliative care. Our nurses provide caregiver relief during the day, evening, and night, typically in shifts anywhere from 3 to 12 hours in length. Care is provided both in home and at school, and Partners in Community Nursing’s Shift Program has a prominent focus on Pediatric Care.
