Partners in Community Nursing was founded in 1998 by front line community nurses, with a focus on the highest quality care that would be supported by nurse specialists. From early days, we believed that employees that are treated fairly and with respect, provide the best care possible. We place a high commitment to the engagement and ongoing development of our staff, and we could not be where we are today without our dedicated, hard-working team. With over twenty years in business, Partners in Community Nursing is proud to have formed strong community partnerships, been adaptive to a changing health care environment, and shown a passion for innovation and steady growth.
