Visiting Nursing Program

Perfect for clients needing specialized nursing interventions while maintaining independence between visits. Our visiting nurses bring expert care directly to your doorstep.
Available through Visiting Nurse:
  • Specialized wound, ostomy, and continence care
  • IV therapy and post-operative surgical care
  • Oncology nursing and palliative care
  • Foot care and gerontological nursing
  • Health teaching and family education
  • School based nursing support

Shift Nursing Program

For families requiring more intensive support, our shift nurses provide continuous care during scheduled periods, offering essential respite and ensuring safety for clients with complex needs.
Available through Shift Nurse:
  • Specialized pediatric nursing (birth to 21 years)
  • Respiratory therapies and ventilator management
  • Overnight and day shift respite care
  • School-based nursing support
  • Complex medical management

    • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

    Administrative Support:

    • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM

    • Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM

    After-hours support:

    • 24/7 on-call nurse available for urgent concerns
